The US Slave Song Project’s Spiritual Choir under the direction of Jim Thomas returns to Stevens Chapel and will recall “the old days” when an abundance of courage, strength, and interracial collaboration were utilized to escape bondage, survive and thrive. Lavert Stuart of Columbus, Ohio will once again be the guest organist.
