The Neighborhood Convention, an ecumenical gathering to hear a speaker of mutual interest, will continue to have its meetings at 11:00 am on the first Tuesday of the month during the fall, winter and spring. This group has been meeting over 100 years and is open to all.

The first meeting of the 2018-2019 season will be Tuesday, October 2nd, 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Vineyard Haven, corner of Spring and Williams Streets.
The speaker will be Margaret Hanneman, new Director of the The Island Food Pantry, who will speak about their services, some of which have been changed.

Following the program, the custom of many years will continue. We are invited to bring our lunch sandwich/salad, and our hosts will provide beverages and desserts.
