Our Sanctity Within – Jennifer Knight
In our desire for self-preservation, we often build walls around our inner selves to feel safe. Patterns of behavior and stories that once served us keep us stuck in a life half-lived, disconnected from ourselves and longing for connection with others. What if the safest, most sacred space were our innermost self, the creative wise one that speaks if only we listen? What if true safety comes from within? Can we acknowledge, honor, and celebrate who we are at heart and connect with others from that place of vulnerability?
