Religion and Science – Professor Urusula Goodenough
Professor Goodenough joins us to speak about the connections between science and religion.
Professor Goodenough was educated at Barnard, Columbia, and Harvard. She recently retired from her position at Washington University in St. Louis, where she taught graduate level courses in Microbial Biology. She has been active for many years in the Religious Naturalist Association and in the Institute on Religion in an Age of Science. She co-chaired six IRAS conferences on Star Island. She is the mother of five children and has returned to live full-time on the Vineyard.
