Like a midwife, love does not create the potential for courage from nothing; instead, it holds space, witnesses pain, and breathes with us until what is right can be safely brought into the world.”
Sunday’s sermon will explore the metaphor of “love as a midwife” in giving birth to moral courage as we continue to move together through a labor fraught with confusion and pain and lies.
