“In Our End Is Our Beginning” with Reverend Vicky Hanjian

We’re at the end of “the season” – the end of the hustle and bustle of the
Ag Fair – the end of long hours of sunlight – the end of heavy traffic – the end of the lush
greenery of summer. Our seasonal endings result in the inevitable beginnings – – beginning to
prepare for the annual CROP Walk – – beginning to harvest and glean produce that will feed food
insecure people through the winter – beginning to think about the “holiday season.” Every
ending makes space for a new beginning. This week’s sermon will reflect on our endings and
our beginnings – and how we navigate the transitions between what was and what is coming into
being.
