Alex Kapitan will share practices to help us hold big feelings, stay grounded, and access resilience during these scary times. Learning and using these practices in difficult times will allow us to access them anytime we are challenged by change.
Alex Kapitan is a lay community minister, educator, and activist who lives in Greenfield, western MA. Ze is a trans and queer lifelong Unitarian Universalist, co-founder of the Transforming Hearts Collective, and founder of Radical Copyeditor, an anti-oppressive language project. Alex came to visit two years ago for a workshop and a service and is delighted to join us again for this virtual service.
