In 2004 Marsha visited the Mama Bakhita Cheshire Home for children with disabilities in Livingstone, Zambia where she had been sending the meager profits she was making from the sales of African crafts. This is the story of how the small idea of a clueless American evolved over 16 years into a multifaceted community project for the most vulnerable and destitute.
